Alexander Homestead (AH), is located in the City of Charlotte and is, by far, the absolute BEST! From the perfect location, to communication, to staff personalities, to organization, to inclusivity, to simple beauty & elegance, you will PAWsitively fall in RUFF with this venue. AH is a 5-acre property that includes a little bit of everything you'll ever desire, to capture all those stunning photos; a beautiful garden, modern indoor event space, pond, stream, and AH is a historic house built in 1903. The temperature controlled-barn can host seated weddings and events for up to 215, and opens up to their gorgeous grounds.

Surrounded by restaurants, transportation and accommodation options, PINE boasts an enviable location that offers both historical significance and urban convenience.
Mission
PINE is one of Charlotte's newest and best multi-purpose event spaces, featuring white walls, stunning chandeliers, tall ceilings, a built-in bar, and over 6,300 square feet of indoor event space on the main level. PINE also boasts a fully furnished lounge located on the mezzanine level, perfect to extend your event for happy hour, late night and more. Conveniently located in the NODA neighborhood in Charlotte, PINE can accommodate large or small corporate events, weddings, quinceañeras, mitzvahs, galas, social celebrations, and much more. Our in-house services and amenities include tables, chairs, two private client rooms, a catering kitchenette, beverage, and a team of expert event planners who’ve been formally trained in the events industry. PINE is truly a blank canvas with amazing services so that you are able to create and host any event imaginable.
